I’ve worked across sectors advising, developing and building as both Professional and Main Contractor, furnishing me with a thorough understanding of the industry.
What I do for Ridgeback:
It’s a pleasure to lead Ridgeback as it continues to grow and evolve with the wealth of talent we employ. Primarily focusing on high-quality residential Design & Build Projects in Surrey my role, at every stage, from inception through design and ultimately to construction and completion is to oversee the delivery of our projects.
Outside of work, you’ll find me:
Walking our gorgeous girl Dudley (a Ridgeback of course) across the Surrey Hills and winging it as proud dad of two boys.

Design Director
I joined Ridgeback: January 2022
Number of years’ experience in the industry and brief background:
With over 15 years experience, I’ve been fortunate enough to work on some truly amazing commercial and residential projects across London and the south, from large new builds to smaller extensions, offices and hospitality. For me the biggest thrill has always been working with people who are creating their dream homes.
What I do for Ridgeback:
My role is as much about people as it is about building. I get to work closely with our clients, suppliers and the onsite build team. Each day is different, from sourcing finishes to the technical side of specification, onsite delivery and designing feature spaces which really stand out. I’m involved in projects from the concept planning stages right through until the final paintbrushes are put down, furniture is fitted and our clients move in!
Outside of work, you’ll find me:
With a penchant for a good pub lunch and a pint, lots of our free weekends are spent rambling in the countryside with our lovely (girl) hound, Dudley. Things have taken a more hectic turn now that she has two small human sidekicks though!
