A challenging contemporary designed new build in Claygate where the client was keen to create an open-planned ground floor family living, dining and kitchen area that provided direct access to the garden, maximised natural light.  Bold design features were incorporated including bespoke free-standing oak staircase, dual-aspect wood burner, polished concrete kitchen island, poured trasparent resin floor, ply-lined wall, vaulted first floor cantilevered first floor, and floor to ceiling windows.
